At Nursing Services Arizona LLC we are committed to provide the highest standards in quality patient care. We specialize in Home Infusion; through our passion for Nursing, and our high levels of expertise, we exceed expectations from both our patients and our referral source partners.

We partner with infusion pharmacies, specialty pharmacies, Home Infusion agencies, Home Health agencies, Hospice facilities, Physician’s offices, and Skillful Nursing facilities.

Our Nurses provide infusion services in the comfort and privacy of the patient’s own homes; or at other locations including: Physician’s offices; an ATS or AIC; residential care facilities; at patient's place of work; or as requested or required.

Our highly skilled Nurses have extensive infusion experience and follow best practices, strict Infection Control & prevention guidelines, and abide by the Infusion Nursing Society (INS) guidelines; the gold standard in infusion practice. Our RNs are BLS, ACLS, PALS certified and hold other certifications including: CRNI; IgCN; OCN; ONS; Bleeding Disorders Certification and others.

In addition to Infusion services, our Nurses are proficient in performing Skillful Nursing patient assessments for Medicare agencies, including: Home safety evaluations; Assessing patients' ability to perform ADLs; Assessing patients' risk for falls; Nutritional screening; Medication reconciliation and management; Patient teaching; Diabetic teaching; Ensuring patient meets criteria for home care; and making recommendations for other modalities such as Physical Therapy, Home Health Aide, Occupational Therapy, Social Worker, etc.

We also provide Home Health Agency support; Clinician training; Nursing educational programs per your institution requirements, P&Ps, and equipment; Skills lab; Annual competency requirements; Central line education; Pumps training; and Nursing supervisory home visits to meet ACHC requirements.
